The Beginning
Started as a student developer with curiosity and no roadmap. The first hackathon wasn't about winning—it was about discovering that technology could solve real problems and change lives. That single experience sparked everything that followed.
The Setbacks
Three consecutive hackathon losses between 2019 and 2020. Every defeat exposed a weakness in execution, teamwork, problem selection, or storytelling. Instead of walking away, we chose to learn from every mistake and keep showing up.
The Framework
Winning teams weren't lucky,they followed patterns. We studied successful submissions, analyzed judging criteria, refined our approach, and built a repeatable framework for innovation, pitching, and execution. Failure became a system for improvement.
The Breakthrough
The turning point came at Smart India Hackathon 2022. Against some of the best engineering teams in the country, we built a cybersecurity solution for DRDO and became SIH World Champions. What followed was a run of seven championship victories and national recognition.
The Movement
When we needed guidance, there was none. So we built what we wished existed—content, mentorship, webinars, playbooks, and communities dedicated to hackathons and innovation. From India's first hackathon e-book to 100+ mentorship sessions and a 250,000+ learner ecosystem, the mission became bigger than winning.
